Standard System Variables (the ones we forget)

 

These are the ones we forget all the time.  They are also the ones that can be changed without us knowing.  Finding the variable to set back though isn't as easy as it might seem.  Especially the filedia and cmddia.  Sometimes cad will just reset these to 0 without us even realizing it and for no discernable reason.

The ltscale and psltscale variables are changed by coworkers who don't know any better.

The **dia variable is a dialogue box for file opening and saving and for seeing the commands.

The **scale help linetype scales show up correctly.  This is vital to know when creating linetypes.  If you put in a linetype make sure it scales to print correctly at scale.
